Ordering and shipping Faq

We previously only offered 25kg bags, but we now supply a wider range of sizes including 250g, 500g, 750g, 1kg, 2kg, 4kg, 5kg, 10kg, 20kg, and 25kg. Because of these varying pack sizes, different shipping agencies, and varying delivery locations (such as urban versus rural), shipping costs differ for each order.

To ensure accurate rates, we calculate shipping costs after receiving the order and then provide the exact shipping charge to the customer. Direct bank transfer is our primary payment method, and this process is detailed in our online shipping policy.
